Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo mejorar la Gestión de Recursos Humanos, mediante la implementación y desarrollo de un sistema biométrico para la Gestión de Recursos Humanos de la DIRIS Lima Este. El objetivo general es mejorar la Gestión de Recursos Humanos, mediante la implementación y desarrollo de un sistema biométrico para mejorar la Gestión de Recursos Humanos de la DIRIS Lima Este, como se ha planteado en las hipótesis de esta investigación. La herramienta tecnológica que es el leguaje ASP desarrolla con la metodología RUP.
