Gestion De Informacion Academica Y El Desarrollo Del Capital Humano En Las Universidades Publicas Licenciadas. Lima, 2018

Abstract

La obra tiene como objetivo determinar si las competencias que se aplican con la gestión de información en los procesos académicos de las Universidades licenciadas en el la ciudad de Lima afectan en el desarrollo del capital Humano en el entorno de los retos que exige la globalización. El trabajo es una investigación cuantitativa, de tipo descriptivo se usó el instrumento del cuestionario para determinar las características genéricas aplicadas mediante la gestión de información de los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina en el año 2018 y 2019, se pudo encontrar que el plan de estudio posee como calificativo de regular y los demás como calidad académica, docente, como la calidad de servicio educativo, y la gestión de dirección existe poca diferencia entre ellos, esto hace que la normatividad de estas características hace que mejora su SGSI, y las actividades profesionales, conocimiento adquiridos, habilidades desarrolladas y competitividad es aceptable con el calificativo de regular.
