Implementación de Un Sistema Contable Computarizado Para Una Mejor Toma de Decisiones Financieras, en LA EMPRESA TRANSPORTES LULO S.A.C, SITO VILLA EL SALVADOR-LIMA, AÑO 2016.

Abstract

La presente investigación “Implementación de una Sistema Contable Computarizado Para Una Mejor Toma de Decisiones Financieras, en la Empresa Transportes Lulo S.A.C, sito en Villa el Salvador, 2016”, fundamenta la necesidad del estudio, en cómo la instauración y ejecución de un sistema contable computarizado corrige positivamente la toma de decisiones financieras, permitiendo la optimización de los estados financieros en esta empresa, y en cualquier otra, considerando que un sistema contable computarizado correctamente creado brinda vigilancia, relación, flexibilidad y una correspondencia permisible acerca del costo / beneficio. Por ello, se hace necesario implementar un software contable que permita sistematizar y mejorar los procesos contables. La importancia del presente estudio es que permitirá conocer en forma amplia y organizada los efectos de como la implementación de un Sistema Contable Computarizado adecuado a las actividades económicas, facilita la eficiencia de la toma de decisiones financieras. Al mismo tiempo, es una vía de conocimiento relevante para entender la dimensión económica y financiera por parte de la organización administrativa de la “Empresa Transportes Lulo S.A.C”. El mismo que ha sido desarrollado mediante el análisis de la variable el diagnóstico para saber las causas y efectos, así como el contexto en el que se desarrolla el hecho o situación del estudio, de igual manera se ha trabajado el pronóstico para reflejar las afectaciones y beneficios para la empresa, finalmente nos hemos acogido a fundamentos teóricos que le dan mayor carácter al estudio.

The present research "Implementation of a Computerized Accounting System for a Better Financial Decision Making, in the Company Transports Lulo SAC, located in Villa el Salvador, 2016", bases its need for study, on how the implementation of a computerized accounting system improves financial decision making, allowing the optimization of the financial statements in this company, considering that a well-designed computerized accounting system offers control, compatibility, flexibility and an acceptable cost / benefit ratio. Therefore, it is necessary to implement accounting software to systematize and improve accounting processes. The importance of the present study is that it will allow a broad and organized understanding of the effects of how the implementation of a Computerized Accounting System appropriate to economic activities facilitates the efficiency of financial decision making. At the same time, it is an important source of information on the economic and financial situation of the "Transports Lulo S.A.C" company. It has been developed through the analysis of the variable diagnosis to know the causes and effects, as well as the context in which the event or situation of the study is developed. Similarly, the prognosis has been worked out to reflect the affectations and benefits for the company, finally we have accepted theoretical foundations that give more character to our study.
