La Dignidad de La Persona Humana y La Negligencia Médica en El Hospital Sabogal, Año 2017

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo está dirigido a la atención médica que hoy en día se viene observando con más continuidad daño al paciente y que muchas veces no es atendido por la legislación, la calidad de vida del usuario externo es decir el paciente debe estar garantizada, con la capacitación del personal de salud que atiende y que no siempre está cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad no solo por su falta de capacitación si no por la falta de implementación de los centros de salud. Por lo que la normativa debe ser más estricta en evaluar y supervisar los centros de salud que estos deben cumplir con las certificaciones y personal habilitado por sus respectivos colegios para ejercer su profesión con calidad, ya que de no ser así las lesiones pudieran ser graves e incluso pueden causar la muerte. La dignidad humana física, moral y psíquica, se ve sosegada al no ser tratado un paciente en el tiempo adecuado, con mala calidad de atención, al no ser evaluados en el tiempo adecuado según su patología, y con exámenes correspondientes, debe la normatividad peruana fortalecer la protección jurídica a la persona afectada, y otorgar una indemnización razonable al paciente que haya sido afectado por casos de negligencia médica en cualquier parte del país.

The following work is directed to the medical attention that nowadays is observed with more continuity damage to the patient and that often is not attended by the legislation, the quality of life of the external user is to say the patient must be guaranteed, with the training of health personnel who attend and who are not always meeting quality standards, not only because of lack of training but also because of the lack of implementation of health centers. Therefore, the regulations must be stricter in evaluating and supervising health centers that these must comply with the certifications and personnel authorized by their respective schools to exercise their profession with quality, since otherwise injuries could be serious and they can even cause death. The human dignity, physical, moral and psychic, is calm because a patient is not treated at the right time, with poor quality of attention, not being evaluated in the appropriate time according to their pathology, and with corresponding exams, Peruvian regulations must strengthen the legal protection of the affected person, and grant a reasonable compensation to the patient who has been affected by cases of medical malpractice in any part of the country.
