Clima Laboral y Calidad En El Servicio en LA EMPRESA SSL CONSOLIDATION SERVICE S.A.C., LIMA 2014

Abstract

La presente investigación se basa en el objetivo de conocer la incidencia del clima laboral y la calidad del servicio de la agencia de carga internacional SSL CONSOLIDATION SERVICE S.A.C, esto con el fin de demostrar cómo se relaciona estos conceptos con tema en estudio. En el presente estudio, se desarrolla las páginas preliminares de la carátula, dedicatoria con mucho amor a Jesús, nuestro Dios, dedicando y agradeciéndole por su valioso apoyo, sin él, no somos nada. Asimismo en este capítulo de desarrolla el agradecimiento y la introducción, que forma parte con las necesidades y la importancia de la investigación. En el capítulo I, comprende: el problema de la investigación, el planteamiento del problema, la formulación del problema, los objetivos, que incluye el objetivo general, los objetivos específicos, la casuística y la justificación de la investigación dentro de sus principales requerimientos. En el capítulo II, se desarrolló: el marco teórico, las bases teóricas, el cual comprende las definiciones y conceptos de las variables, en base a una literatura actualizada, bases legales, enfoque del mercado y los clientes, el contexto internacional, los ratios financieros, las técnicas avanzadas y las experiencias exitosas. En el capítulo III, comprende: las alternativas de solución, dando respuesta a cada uno de los problemas que se planteó dentro del trabajo de investigación, lo cual, dan fortaleza al estudio, donde se describe los últimos acontecimientos del clima laboral y la calidad del servicio, así como su influencia en el desarrollo de las actividades empresariales.

The present investigation bases in the aim to know the incidence of the labour climate and the quality of the service of the agency of international load SSL CONSOLIDATION SERVICE S.A.C, this with the end to show how relates these concepts with subject in study. In the present study, develops the preliminary pages of the carátula, dedicatoria with a lot of love to Jesús, our God, devoting and appreciating him by his valuable support, without him, are not at all. Likewise in this chapter of develops the gratitude and the introduction, that forms part with the needs and the importance of the investigation. In the chapter I, comprises: the problem of the investigation, the approach of the problem, the formulation of the problem, the aims, that includes the general aim, the specific aims, the casuística and the justification of the investigation inside his main requests. In the chapter II, developed : the theoretical frame, the theoretical bases, which comprises the definitions and concepts of the variables, in base to an up to date literature, legal bases, approach of the market and the customers, the international context, the ratios financial, the technicians advanced and the successful experiences. In the chapter III, comprises: the alternatives of solution, giving answer to each one of the problems that posed inside the work of investigation, which, give fortress to the study, where describes the last events of the labour climate and the quality of the service, as well as his influence in the development of the business activities.
