Implementación del Sistema Web para la Gestión de Citas Horarias en EL HOSPITAL MARÍA AUXILIADORA

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo implementar un Sistema Web para el proceso de la Gestión de Citas Horarias en el Área de Admisión del Hospital María Auxiliadora. El método empleado en la investigación fue hipotético-deductivo. Está investigación utilizó para su propósito el diseño no-experimental, con tipo de diseño investigación Básica y con Nivel Descriptiva – Correlacional. Por otro lado la muestra fue de 16 trabajadores, el cual se recogió la información al desarrollar el instrumento: cuestionario con datos cuantitativos, las que fueron encuestados usando la escala de likert, sobre las variables Sistema Web y Gestión de Citas Horarias, a través de sus distintas dimensiones, con una confiabilidad 0.823, la cual tuvo a su vez una validez por los expertos. La investigación concluye en la implementación del Sistema Web es aceptado en la institución, será utilizado por el área de Admisión y facilitará la atención de los usuarios a los pacientes para brindarles sus citas horarias, que les permita tener calidad y eficiencia en su labor diario.

The research had as objective to implement a Web System for the process of Management of Appointments in the Area of Admission of the Hospital Maria Auxiliadora. The method used in the research was hypothetico-deductive. This research used for its purpose the non-experimental design, with design type Basic research and Descriptive Level - Correlational. On the other hand, the sample was of 16 workers, which collected the information when developing the instrument: questionnaire with quantitative data, which were surveyed using the linkert scale, on the variables Web System and Time Schedule Management, through its different dimensions, with a reliability of 0.823, which in turn had a validity by the experts. The research concludes in the implementation of the Web System is accepted in the institution, will be used by the Admissions area and will facilitate the users' attention to the patients to give them their hourly appointments, allowing them to have quality and efficiency in their daily work.
