La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo se relaciona el control interno y la gestión de cuentas por cobrar de una empresa de marketing promocional, Miraflores, Lima, 2021.
El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo, de tipo básica, diseño no experimental y transversal, de alcance descriptivo correlacional, la población estuvo conformada por 20 colaboradores administrativos a quienes se les aplico 2 cuestionarios en la escala nominal de Likert, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta. Para establecer la confiabilidad del instrumento se aplicó la prueba estadística alfa de Cronbach para cada una de las variables con sus respectivas dimensiones.
Para medir el grado de asociación entre las variables se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación no paramétrico Rho de Spearman, donde se obtuvo como resultado un coeficiente de ,817 que indica que existe relación positiva entre las variables. Además, se encuentra con el nivel de correlación muy fuerte, siendo el nivel de significancia bilateral de ,000 menor al valor de p = 0,05, altamente significativo, la hipótesis nula se rechaza y la hipótesis alterna se acepta. Con ello, se confirma que el control interno se relaciona significativamente con la gestión de cuentas por cobrar de una empresa de marketing promocional, Miraflores, Lima 2021.
The objective of this research was to determine how internal control and accounts receivable management are related to a promotional marketing company, Miraflores, Lima,2021. The research approach was quantitative, basic type, non- experimental and cross- sectional design, correlational descriptive scope, the population was made up of 20 administrative collaborators who were given 2 questionnaires on the nominal Likert scale, the technique used was the poll. To establish the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach´s alpha statistical test was applied to each of the variables with their respective dimensions. To measure the degree of association between the variables, the non-parametric Spearman´s Rho coefficient of connections was produced, where a coefficient of .817 was obtained as a result, indicating that there is a positive relationship between the variables. In addition, the level of connections is very strong, with the leveñ of connections is very strong, with the level of bilateral significance of 0,000 being less than the value of p=0.05, highly significant, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. With this, it is confirmed that internal control is significantly related to the management of relational accounts receivable from a promotional marketing company, Miraflores, Lima 2021.
