Problemática existente entre el ministerio público y la DIVIAC con relación a las investigaciones de las organizaciones criminales

Abstract

En cuanto a esta investigación haremos énfasis respecto a las razones primordiales que ocasionan la desconfianza y la falta de capacitación del personal encargado tanto de la Policía nacional como del Ministerio Publico y del mismo modo señalaremos como de manera conjunta ambas entidades pueden trabajar y lograr grandes fines en la lucha contra el crimen organizado.

Aunado a ello, se explicará de manera detallada las causas y los efectos que existen en el trabajo conjunto entre el Ministerio Público y la División de Investigaciones de Alta Complejidad (DIVIAC), entorno a la labor que ejercen sobre como eliminar o erradicar a las organizaciones criminales que se viene acentuando en el territorio peruano, que no solo desmedra a la población, sino también a la economía peruana.

Regarding this investigation, we will emphasize the main reasons that cause mistrust and lack of training of the personnel in charge of both the National Police and the Public Ministry and in the same way we will point out how both entities can work together and achieve great goals. in the fight against organized crime.

In addition to this, the causes and effects that exist in the joint work between the Public Ministry and the High Complexity Investigations Division (DIVIAC) will be explained in detail, around the work they carry out on how to eliminate or eradicate the organizations criminals that has been accentuating in the Peruvian territory, which not only undermines the population, but also the Peruvian economy.
