Delito de trata de menores a través de las redes sociales investigados en Lima, 2021.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar cómo se investiga el delito de trata de menores a través de las redes sociales, en el año 2021. Se analiza el delito de trata de menores, el cual es un problema mundial que atenta contra los derechos humanos de las personas, ya que consiste en engañar, secuestrar y utilizar a los niños y adolescentes para fines de explotación sexual, trabajo forzado o esclavización. Es por ello que se busca dar un panorama más amplio, conocer el rol de las redes sociales en estos casos y la investigación llevada a cabo, en base a una investigación que incluye definiciones, teorías, así como información relevante sobre las variables en estudio, por un lado, el delito de trata de personas y por el otro las redes sociales. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones fueron realizadas en base a todo lo obtenido e investigado.

The main objective of this research work was to determine how the crime of child trafficking is investigated through social networks, in the year 2021. The crime of trafficking in minors is analyzed, which is a global problem that threatens the human rights of people, since it consists of deceiving, kidnapping and using children and adolescents for the purpose of sexual exploitation, forced labor or enslavement. That is why it seeks to give a broader picture, to know the role of social networks in these cases and the research carried out, based on an investigation that includes definitions, theories, as well as relevant information on the variables. under study, on the one hand, the crime of human trafficking and, on the other, social networks. The conclusions and recommendations were made based on everything obtained and investigated.
