El uso de las redes sociales y la vulneración constitucional de violación a la intimidad en el distrito San Isidro, 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la relación existente entre el uso de las redes sociales y la vulneración constitucional de violación a la intimidad en el distrito de San Isidro-2020/2021, identificando el respeto fundamental del derecho constitucional a la intimidad frente a los avances tecnológicos partiendo de un conocimiento general, posibilitando replantear la normativa existente. El tipo de investigación es básica, no experimental con diseño descriptivo-propositivo, con nivel correlacional y enfoque cuantitativo, para el muestreo se presentan entrevistas a jueces y abogados relacionados directamente a casos de violación a la intimidad de la Corte Superior de Lima-2020/2021. Como instrumentos se utilizaron cuestionarios en escala Likert que midieron variables seleccionadas. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran una relación significativa entre el uso de redes sociales y la vulneración constitucional a la intimidad en el distrito de San Isidro.

The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the use of social networks and the constitutional violation of violation of privacy in the district of San Isidrox- 2020, identifying the fundamental respect for the constitutional right to privacy in the face of technological advances starting from a general knowledge, making it possible to rethink the existing regulations. The type of research is basic, non-experimental with a descriptivepurposeful design, with a correlational level and a quantitative approach, for the sampling interviews are presented to judges and lawyers directly related to cases of violation of privacy of the Superior Court of Lima-2020/2021. As instruments, they were used in Likert scale questionnaires that measured selected variables. The results showed a significant relationship between the use of social networks and the constitutional violation of privacy in the district of San Isidro.
