Implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la norma ISO 45001 y su influencia en el índice de accidentabilidad en el almacén de frío de productos terminados en la empresa San Fernando S.A. Lima, 2021

Abstract

El personal en toda Empresa debe de ser considerado como el activo más valioso de la organización; en tal sentido, todo esfuerzo por mejorar las condiciones laborales debe de ser tomado como una inversión mas no como un gasto. Por lo que, la presente investigación trata acerca de la Implementación de un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basado en la ISO 45001 para minimizar los Índices de Accidentabilidad en área de Almacén de Productos Terminados de la Empresa San Fernando S.A. La presente investigación muestra en el Capítulo I el contexto en el que se desarrolla el problema y explicando claramente la necesidad de la Implementación del Sistema de Seguridad debido al aumento de los accidentes, lo cual se ve esquematizado en el diagrama de Causa-Efecto, presentado en dicho capítulo. El Capítulo II, nos muestra las bases teóricas sobre lo que se fundamenta la investigación, describiendo las variables, para el presente caso el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basado en ISO 45001 y la Accidentabilidad, mencionando no solamente las definiciones sino la descripción de sus dimensiones. El Capítulo III, referente a la Metodología de la Investigación, nos indica el tipo de investigación (aplicada, descriptiva y transversal), el método utilizado es el Deductivo, el Diseño de la Investigación es Cuasi Experimental; asimismo, describe la población y la obtención del tamaño de muestra (88 colaboradores). Por otro lado, menciona las Hipótesis y Variables, adjuntando la matriz de consistencia de la investigación y la matriz de operacionalización de variables. El Capítulo IV, nos menciona los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación, desde la evaluación con la Línea Base, los indicadores de accidentabilidad, los cuales mejoran considerablemente posterior a la Implementación del Sistema; asimismo, la encuesta que mide la percepción sobre la seguridad de los trabajadores del área, muestra que con la implementación del Sistema la percepción ha mejorado respecto a la seguridad, por último en dicho capitulo se muestra la contrastación de la Hipótesis, las cuales se reafirman y muestran que la Implementación influye positivamente para minimizar los índices de accidentabilidad del área.

El Capítulo V, menciona las conclusiones a las que arribó la presente investigación, concluyendo que la Implementación del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basado en la ISO 45001 influye de manera positiva en la minimización de la accidentabilidad en el almacén de frio de productos terminados de la Empresa San Fernando S.A. Seguidamente el Capítulo VI da a conocer las recomendaciones que sugiere la presente investigación. Este es el breve resumen de esta investigación, la cual la dejamos en consideración del lector, no sin antes agradecer el interés que han tomado por el tema.

Chapter III, referring to the Research Methodology, indicates the type of research (applied, descriptive and transversal), the method used is Deductive, the Research Design is Quasi Experimental; likewise, it describes the population and obtaining the sample size (88 collaborators). Chapter IV mentions the results obtained in the present investigation, from the evaluation with the Baseline, the accident rate indicators, which improve considerably after the System Implementation; Likewise, the survey that measures the perception of the safety of workers in the area, shows that with the implementation of the System the perception has improved regarding safety, finally in this chapter the contrast of the Hypothesis is shown, which are reaffirmed and they show that the Implementation has a positive influence to minimize the accident rates in the area.
