Estrategias gerenciales dirigidas a la administración de la Asociación Hogar de Gina, Lima, 2021

Abstract

La tesis titulada: “Estrategias gerenciales dirigidas a la Administración de la Asociación Hogar de Gina” es un aporte importante al estudio de la administración de los albergues dirigido a la formación integral de niñas y adolescentes de diversas edades, dichas niñas y adolescentes provienen de familias disfuncionales. Este análisis no va dirigido exclusivamente a este tipo de albergues, sino a todos los centros sociales que son los principales interesados en poder identificar cuáles son las estrategias gerenciales de administración que deben seguir para poder realizar eficientemente su labor social. El objetivo de la siguiente tesis es una investigación sobre la situación actual de los albergues pequeños que tienen una problemática en la deficiente administración de los centros sociales. Asimismo, es necesario explicar a la población que no conocen la situación actual de los albergues, que los casos más frecuentes de anormal funcionamiento que llevan a la mala administración son, entre otras: la lentitud, retraso en la tramitación de donaciones y el incumplimiento de términos, esto a su vez se debe a: la escasez de medios materiales, de personal y hasta a la corrupción.

The thesis entitled: "Management strategies aimed at the Administration of the Gina Home Association" is an important contribution to the study of the administration of shelters aimed at the comprehensive training of girls and adolescents of various ages, these girls and adolescents come from dysfunctional families. This analysis is not aimed exclusively at this type of shelter, but at all the social centers that are the main interested in being able to identify what are the managerial strategies of administration that they must follow in order to efficiently carry out their social work. The objective of the following thesis is an investigation into the current situation of small shelters that have a problem in the poor administration of social centers. Likewise, it is necessary to explain to the population that they do not know the current situation of the shelters, that the most frequent cases of abnormal functioning that lead to mismanagement are, among others: the slowness, delay in the processing of donations and the breach of terms, this in turn is due to: the scarcity of material means, personnel and even corruption.
