Impacto de la improvisación teatral en el clima organizacional de la empresa Línea química integral SAC en el año 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar el impacto de utilizar la Improvisación Teatral como una herramienta no convencional para la mejora del Clima Organizacional de la empresa Línea Química Integral SAC Para ello, primero se analiza la realidad situacional de la empresa mediante un pre test basado en el cuestionario de Clima Organizacional brindado por el Ministerio de Salud (MINSA) obteniendo así una puntuación inicial de 64.93 y una calificación de “Por Mejorar”. Los resultados obtenidos ayudaron a identificar los puntos de mejora y enfocándose en ellos se diseñó el contenido del taller de improvisación. El taller de Improvisación Teatral realizado tuvo como objetivo potenciar y mejorar las habilidades blandas de los participantes como la empatía, trabajo en equipo, comunicación, creatividad, espontaneidad, asertividad y también los participantes podrán trabajar en la pérdida de la timidez, el miedo al error y a aceptar las propuestas de todos por igual. Concluido el taller, que constó de 8 sesiones en total, se realizó un post Test obteniendo así una nueva puntuación de 87.67 y la calificación pasó a ser “Saludable”. Asimismo, para determinar de manera cuantitativa el impacto, se empleó la prueba de TStudent para datos emparejados obteniendo una significancia de .00 la cual es menor que el porcentaje de error .05 lo cual indica que hay una variación significante entre el pre test y el post concluyendo que la improvisación teatral impacta positivamente en el Clima Organizacional de la empresa Línea Química Integral SAC

The main objective of this research work is to determine the impact of using Theater Improvisation as an unconventional tool for improving the Organizational Climate of the company Línea Química Integral SAC To do this, the situational reality of the company is first analyzed by means of a preliminary test based on the Organizational Climate questionnaire provided by the Ministry of Health (MINSA), thus obtaining an initial score of 64.93 and a rating of "For Improvement". The results obtained helped to identify the points for improvement and focusing on them the content of the improvisation workshop was designed. The Theatrical Improvisation workshop carried out aimed to enhance and improve the soft skills of the participants such as empathy, teamwork, communication, creativity, spontaneity, assertiveness and also the participants will be able to work on the loss of shyness, fear of error he already accepts everyone's proposals equally. After the workshop, which consisted of 8 sessions in total, a post-test was carried out, thus obtaining a new score of 87.67 and the rating became "Healthy". Likewise, to quantitatively determine the impact, the T-Student test was used for paired data, obtaining a significance of .00 which is less than the error percentage .05, which indicates that there is a significant variation between the pre-test and the post concluding that theatrical improvisation has a positive impact on the Organizational Climate of the company Línea Química Integral SAC.
