Sistema de Gestión de Notas y Horarios de la Institución Educativa Coronel Leoncio Prado.

Abstract

La presente tesis se enfoca en la problemática dentro de la gestión de notas y horarios de la institución educativa Coronel Leoncio Prado, teniendo en cuenta que estas gestiones representan procesos principales dentro de la institución educativa. El presente tesis permite a los usuarios realizar las gestiones de notas, horarios, usuarios y realizar consultas de los mismos por medio de una Intranet, y así poder evaluar constantemente el rendimiento de los alumnos, realizar reportes de notas, horarios o usuarios, según las necesidades que demanden. La solución evitará la sobrecarga de trabajo a los trabajadores de la Institución Educativa Coronel Leoncio Prado y se controlará los rendimientos de los alumnos para seguir mejorando la formación del alumno en la institución y así tener un mayor énfasis en la educación.

The present thesis focuses on the problems within the management of notes and schedules of the educational institution Coronel Leoncio Prado, taking into account that these actions represent main processes within the educational institution. The present thesis allows users to manage notes, schedules, users and consult them through an Intranet, so that they can constantly evaluate student performance, report notes, schedules or users, according to the needs they demand.
